What are the prices for these magnificent houses of the future? You won't spend a lifetime working to pay them off, and they will likely outlast most traditionally built houses.  our prices range from $10,000 depending on which capsule, size and fit out. We offer a warranty for Structural 6 years and, except for electrical appliances, which have the usual 1-year warranty. Our prices are below those of most tiny homes and granny houses. Register with us, and we will provide you with the standard price. Any alterations to the interior or exterior will be quoted separately."

Yes, we do offer customization! Let us know your ideas, and we’ll work with you to bring them to life. Our capsules can be combined like building blocks, connecting them seamlessly and rearranging interiors to suit your specific requirements. For primary housing, we can create a combination of capsules under one roof, with added features such as courtyards, pools, and beautiful landscaping. There are no limits to what you can achieve. One of the major advantages of these projects is the efficiency in time, along with enhanced security, soundproofing, fire safety, cyclone resistance, and much more.

The Main frame of the capsule are 4mm thick channel galvanised steel , which is rust, heat, corrosion resistance. Overall structure design has been strengthen against winds and vibrating resistance, can stand earthquakes of at least magnitude 7.0 The exterior walls aviation 2.4 aluminium with 2 coats of fluorocarbon paint which is very durable. The Glass on the back and the front of the capsule are made of 6+22A+6mm toughened Low-E Double Glazing to prevent noise and save energy. Interior walls 10mm flame retardant board +imported PET high gloss carbon crystal plate 8mm thick. Insulation is Eco friendly polyurethane spraying which is fire retardant . The floor is Eco friendly stone plastic 8.0 thick. Bathing area, shower door 304 stainless steel gun ash brushed, transparent explosive proof glass. Bathroom door, privacy glass door. Bathroom with marble non/slip tiled floor. Customized cabinets/smart mirror. Faucets/shower floor drain, toilet . Whole capsule water and electricity system ( Flame retardant wire/ leakage switch/water pipes. Lighting whole capsule LED lighting system. Kitchen cabinets, bar counter Quarts stone. 

If you decide to buy and wish to make modifications from the standard design, there will be a non-refundable $1,000 deposit. However, if you proceed with the purchase, this deposit will be deducted from the agreed price. Once your design requirements are reviewed and you are satisfied with the order, a 50% deposit will be required. When the capsule is completed, we will provide you with photos, a video, and a VIN/serial number. At this stage, an additional 50% payment is due before shipping after the inspection passed.

The following appliances are optionals: induction cooktop, combination electric and steam oven, dishwasher, washing machine, full size refrigerator, exhaust hood, and two ducted air conditioning units. Additionally, a 1790 x 900 cm projection screen is included. The hot water system is not included. However, we have allocated space in a side cabinet of the capsule for a 50-litre unit, or it can be placed outside. You will need to source, install, and connect the hot water system to the pipes at the destination, which must be done by a licensed plumber.

The capsules have a maximum size of 41.25 m² due to transportation limitations, though we also manufacture smaller sizes. These units can be combined to create larger spaces and customized into various designs. Our largest capsule dimensions are L 12.500 x W 3.300 x H 3.300 meters, with a weight of 13.5 tons.  

Yes, we deliver to locations across China and overseas, and delivery is included in our price for areas within three hours of the closest shipping container port. Beyond three hours, the average cost is $150 per hour for the Semi trailers and cranes, over 3 hours are also additional. For installation, you will need to provide a site plan and lay down footing foundations (six are required). Our engineers will supply the necessary plans. The capsule needs to be elevated a minimum of 650 cm off the ground. We will provide leg extensions, which will be attached once the crane lifts the capsule into place. These extensions are necessary for plumbing access and council inspections. We can also arrange for a licensed builder to oversee the entire installation process. The builder will provide you with a quote after inspecting the site. They will coordinate with a certifier to obtain the required permits, schedule soil testing and foundation work with engineers, hire an electrician to connect the structure to your electrical mains, and ensure a plumber is available for water, sewerage, and rainwater connections. This comprehensive approach will help minimize installation time and ensure a smooth experience. Based on our experience, installation costs are typically under $5,000, depending on the soil conditions and the location of utility mains.
